Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update GHRS for staff movements such as new hires, separations, terms and conditions and personal information changes
- Follow up with People team members and employees for incomplete or incorrect data
- Respond to queries from People team or employees via email and phone accurately according to EY process and policy
- Perform other administrative tasks required to support these transactions such as sending provisioning emails to related departments, remind service line leader/ People leader on contract expiry.
- Provide advice to People and others of implications of data changes and requests to GHRS and downstream systems
- Perform regular data integrity check processes to make sure data accuracy and completeness
- Identify data quality or process issues and escalate to team leader or others as determined by the escalation path and where appropriate suggest solutions
- Produce local business management reports and adhoc reporting as required
- Provide some user support and training to the People team
- Ensure training materials and knowledge sources content is maintained and up to date
- Ensure own knowledge of the technology and process is up to date
- Participate in projects relating to defining new functionality and processes as required
- Other administrative support activities within the People Infrastructure team as required
Qualification & Requirement:
- Degree holder or above.
- Experience in data maintenance in HR Systems is a must (PeopleSoft is a plus).
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Lotus Notes
- Administration experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written skills in both English & Chinese.
- Detailed, hand-on and sensitive to data and system configuration
- An ability to work effectively in a remote team environment is critical.
