Responsibilities:
· Create and update client and engagement information in system;
· Communicate with engagement manager and FMA to check, verify client and engagement information;
· Work together with Global CEPT to make the assigned deliverables.
Requirements:
· With good English skill in both written and oral;
· With 1-2 years working experience, customer service background is preferred;
· With good PC skill (e.g., working knowledge of MS Office Program);
· Attend to detail and takes initiative, customer oriented;
· Is a quick learner.
