The candidate will be working for HT mMobile Inc. Taiwan but located within the SunNorth Beijing. The candidate will participate and contribute to HT mMobile Inc. activities related to develop, integrate, test, debug and maintain GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA/HSPA L1/PHY.
HT mMobile is an EDGE/WCDMA dual mode baseband chipset and handset total solution provider, start shipping in 2010/3Q.

Requirements
1. Master degree and above from a good university, majored in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related subjects;
2. In-depth system knowledge and experience of relevant cellular protocols standards and components of GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA/HSPA, LTE
3. Experience in communications systems especially software development on L1/PHY, related project experience is preferred;
4. Experienced in C and preferably embedded systems.
5. Bright and confident.
6. Co-operative team worker with good communication skills.
7. Initiative and highly motivated.
8. Able to work with minimum supervision.
9. Innovator - looking for evidence of creativity, ability to originate solutions.

Responsibility:
1. Participate in product enhancement and maintenance
2. Participate in functional reviews, test specifications, code review
3. Make the analysis of product requirements and related wireless telecommunication protocol standard, and generate the design specifications base on requirement specification
4. Develop and implement software according to the design specification
